Today we are going to discuss a common problem faced by a lot of people while working in Excel
Many times it may happen that multiple data is placed in a single excel cell &
we want to make it look in such a way that the reader will differentiate easily between those data
One of the way of doing that is to put a comma between those data
However, the problem that we face in doing that is our data can be too huge that doing it manually is either not possible or is a very time taking task
Hence our question now arises is that
How to automate this task??
Now what problem that we can face in automation is that our data might be in different lengths
& we have to work on making excel find the differentiate point without getting into the length of the first text
Now let’s do this along with an example so that all our queries will be resolved
In the given example, you can see we have the name & department of certain persons given &
we want to differentiate this data by adding a comma after the name
Here we are going to use a combination of formulas for adding a comma after that
